Zift Solutions, Inc. announced that it will receive over $70 million in a round of funding led by new investor, Investcorp Technology Partners V LP, a fund managed by Investcorp Holdings B.S.C. on January 23, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investors, Arrowroot Capital, L.P., a fund managed by Arrowroot Capital Management, LLC, Oxx Limited, SSM Management Company, LLC, and AshGrove Capital LLP. Investcorp Holdings B.S.C. has become the majority shareholder in the company.

This transaction is subject to customary regulatory requirements and is expected to close at the end of January 2023.
