Investis takes a stake in Flatfox - another digital real estate service provider

Investis has purchased 10.8% of the share capital of Flatfox AG, a Zurich-based start-up company active in the field of digital services for property management. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The investment is part of a financing round that involves Ringier Digital Ventures and the Helvetia Venture Fund as well as the Investis Group.

Flatfox uses its platform to digitalise the whole process of renting an apartment for private individuals and professional property managers. Further information is available at www.flatfox.ch

For Investis, this stake in Flatfox is another strategic investment in the future. It stems from an existing, successful business relationship between Privera - an Investis Group company - and Flatfox.
