Investor loses after disappointing net asset performance
Behind the decline is a Q4 report that contained a two percent decrease in adjusted net asset value. The net asset value was 317 kronor per share, which means that the share is traded without any net asset value discount at all, Citi highlights in a commentary. The investment bank has a sell rating on Investor, Bloomberg News reports.
Citi also notes that the net asset value performance was negatively impacted by a 4% decline in the listed portfolio and a 5% decline in private equity firm EQT, while Patricia Industries, which holds the unlisted holdings, increased its return by 6%.
Investor has historically traded at a 15-20% discount to net asset value.
