Bulgaria On Air offered to acquire the remaining 51% stake in Investor.BG PLC (BUL:4IN) from Technology in Central and Eastern Europe S.C.A SICAR, fund of 3TS Capital Partners Ltd. and other shareholders for BGN 9.2 million on June 17, 2013. The offer price per share is BGN 12.5. The transaction has been approved by the Bulgaria's financial regulator and is subject to antitrust authority. Investor.BG shareholders can sell their shares within 28 days from June 17, 2013.

As of September 12, 2013, 3TS Capital Partners Ltd. has sold the stake in Investor.BG.
