Item 1.01 Entry into Material Definitive Agreement

On May 23, 2022, INVO Centers, LLC ("INVO CTR"), a wholly owned subsidiary of INVO Bioscience, Inc. entered into a Lease Agreement (the "Tampa Lease") with 4602 North Armenia Ave, LLC, for the property located at 4602 North Armenia Avenue, Suite 200, Tampa, FL (the "Premises"). INVO CTR secured the Premises to establish the previously announced INVO Center clinic. The term of the Tampa Lease is estimated to begin on December 1, 2022, and to end on March 31, 2033. The Premises comprise 5,165 square feet, for which INVO CTR will pay base rent of $139,455 with annual increases of 2.5% each year.
