RELEVANT FACT
IOCHPE-MAXION S.A. ("Company"), pursuant to the provisions of §4th of article 157 of Law nº 6,404/76, and to the Resolution nº 44/21 of the Brazilian Securities Commission ("CVM", for its Portuguese acronym), informs that, on December 5, 2022, it was the victim of a cyberattack on its information technology environment, which resulted in the unavailability of part of its systems and operations, in some units in Brazil and abroad. The Company promptly activated its control and security protocols to contain the attack, having preventively isolated some of its systems to protect the environment.
The Company, together with its specialized advisors, is acting diligently and making every effort to identify the causes of the incident, determine its extent and mitigate its effects.
The Company will keep the market informed of any relevant information related to this
event.

Iochpe-Maxion S.A. is engaged in the production of automotive wheels. The Company is a producer of automotive structural components in the Americas, and a producer of railway equipment in Brazil. Its operations are focused on the automotive segment, and divided into the wheels and structural component segments. The Company operates through three divisions: Maxion Wheels, Maxion Structural Components and AmstedMaxion. At Maxion Wheels, the Company produces and sells a range of steel wheels for light and commercial vehicles, and agricultural machinery and aluminum wheels for light vehicles. At Maxion Structural Components, it produces side rails, cross members and full frames for commercial vehicles and structural components for light vehicles. At AmstedMaxion (a joint venture), the Company produces freight cars, railway wheels and castings, as well as industrial castings.
