IOI Corporation Berhad announced that redesignation Mr. Cheah Tek Kuang, age 75, from Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee to Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The date of change is September 26, 2022. The new composition of the Governance, Nominating and Remuneration Committee ("GNRC") is as follows:- Tan Sri Dr. Rahamat Bivi binti Yusoff (Chairman) - Independent Non-Executive Director.
