Ionics, Inc. announced resignation of Mr. Rizaldy T. Capulong and election of Commissioner Bai Norhata Macatbar Alonto as Director. Commissioner Bai Norhata Macatbar Alonto is a member of the Social Security Commission, the governing board of Social Security System. Prior thereto, she was the Chief of Staff to the Chairman of Mindanao Development Authority from October 2017 to May 2019. She served as member of the Board of Directors and President of Bataan Shipyard and Engineering Corporation from 2003 to 2004 and Commissioner of the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor from 2001 to 2002. The changes are effective March 11, 2020.
