iPeople, inc. at its board meeting held on March 27, 2020, declared a PHP 0.070143 per common share cash dividend, for a total amount of PHP 73,247,775.50 from the Company's unrestricted retained earnings as of December 31, 2019, to all stockholders of record as of April 14, 2020. Payment date is on May 08, 2020.
