iPeople, Inc. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2020. For the full year, the company announced net income was PHP 245.818 million compared to PHP 254.588 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.235 compared to PHP 0.269 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.2354 compared to PHP 0.2692 a year ago.
iPeople, inc. is a holding and management company. The Companyâs main operating subsidiaries are the Malayan Education System, Inc. (Mapua University), National Teachers College (NTC), University of Nueva Caceres (UNC) and Affordable Private Education Center, Inc. (APEC). Mapua University also has three main wholly owned subsidiaries, including Malayan Colleges Laguna, Inc. (MCL), Malayan High School of Science, Inc. (MHSS) and Malayan Colleges Mindanao, Inc. (MCM).
