IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited announced that the Company is in receipt of communication from Cintra INR Investments BV ("Cintra") in respect of withdrawal of nomination of Mr. Jose Angel Tamariz Martel Goncer (DIN:09441516) as the Non-retiring Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from December 9, 2024, due to internal re-allocation of responsibilities. Consequently, he has ceased to be a Director and a Member of all the committees of the Board of Directors of the Company.
