Iren SpA completed the acquisition of 80% stake in Alegas Srl from A.M.A.G S.p.A.

Iren SpA (BIT:IRE) signed a preliminary agreement to acquire 80% stake in Alegas Srl from A.M.A.G S.p.A for €16.7 million on December 29, 2021.

Iren SpA (BIT:IRE) completed the acquisition of 80% stake in Alegas Srl from A.M.A.G S.p.A on April 21, 2022.
