(b) On February 22, 2023, Henrik O. Schliemann informed Iridium Communications

    Inc. (the "Registrant") that he will be retiring as a member of the Board of
    Directors of the Registrant effective as of the next Annual Meeting of
    Stockholders and therefore not standing for re-election.
