Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure. On June 22, 2022, the Registrant announced that its subsidiary, Iridium Satellite LLC, had invested $50 million in preferred interests of Aireon Holdings LLC. As a result of this investment, Iridium Satellite now holds a 5.9% preferred interest and a 33.6% common interest (in each case on a fully diluted basis), and, following the planned redemption of a portion of Iridium Satellite's common interest for $120 million, Iridium Satellite will hold a 6.8% preferred interest and a 20.3% common interest on a fully diluted basis.
