Iris Energy Limited is an Australia-based sustainable Bitcoin mining company that supports the decarbonization of energy markets and the global Bitcoin network. It owns and operates Bitcoin mining data centers powered by 100% renewable energy. The Company exchanges all the Bitcoin it mines for fiat currency on the Kraken exchange or via its over-the-counter trading desk on a daily basis. The Company's data center mining facilities are located in Canal Flats, Mackenzie, Prince George and Childress. Canal Flats is in the Canadian Rockies, approximately 100 kilometers (km) from Cranbrook regional airport and 500 km east of Vancouver. Mackenzie is historically a major lumber town with a regional airport located approximately 670 km north of Vancouver and 170 km north of Prince George. Prince George is located approximately 500 km north of Vancouver. Childress is located in Childress County, Texas approximately 250 miles northwest of Dallas.
