Iron Mountain Incorporated has appointed Doyle Simons to its board of directors, effective January 1, 2020. Mr. Simons will be a member of both the Finance and Compensation Committees. Adding Mr. Simons to the board increases Iron Mountain's board to fourteen directors. Mr. Simons has served as CEO and President of Weyerhaeuser Co., a timber company, from August 1, 2013 until his retirement on January 1, 2019.

The Companyâs segments include Global Records and Information Management (Global RIM) Business and Global Data Center Business. The Global Data Center Business segment provides data center facilities and the capacity to protect mission-critical assets and ensure the continued operation of its customersâ information technology (IT) infrastructure with data center options. The Company also offers IT asset disposition customer solutions. It serves industries, such as commercial, legal, financial, healthcare, insurance, life sciences, energy, business services, entertainment and government organizations.
