Please be informed that IRPC's Board of Directors' Meeting number 11/2021 held on 21 September

2021 passed resolutions as follows:

1. Acknowledged the resignation of Mr. NOPPADOL PINSUPA, a director, and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, effective from 1 October 2021 onwards.
2. Appointed Mr. CHANSAK CHUENCHOM to be a director, and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, to replace Mr. Noppadol Pinsupa who resigned from the positions, effective from 1 October 2021 onwards.
