ISEC Healthcare Ltd. announced that Mr. Chong Weng Hoe has been appointed as a Non-Executive and Independent Director and also as Chairman of the Board and Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee respectively, such appointments to take effect from 1 July 2021.
