PARTICIPATION OF MALAYSIA CLINICS IN THE PRIVATE COVID-19 VACCINATION CENTRES IN KUALA LUMPUR AND MELAKA FOR THE NATIONAL COVID-19 IMMUNISATION PROGRAMME

The Board of Directors of ISEC Healthcare Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that in response to Malaysia's Public-Private collaboration initiative on National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme (the "Programme"), two of our Ambulatory Surgical Centres, ISEC Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur and Southern Specialist Eye Centre Sdn. Bhd. in Melaka (collectively, "ISEC Malaysia") are participating in the Private COVID-19 Vaccination Centre to administer vaccination services to the Malaysia public. This is an initiative by ISEC Malaysia to contribute to the community in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic.

The collaboration is effected via an agreement with ProtectHealth Corporation Sdn. Bhd. ("ProtectHealth"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ProtectHealth Malaysia, established under the Ministry of Health, Malaysia ("MOH"). As a not-for-profit company, ProtectHealth coordinates, administers and manages initiatives related to financing healthcare services as mandated by MOH.

ISEC Malaysia will begin its vaccination services soon after the completion of all necessary training and preparations, and the Programme is expected to end in February 2022. The vaccination services may be extended if necessary, and early termination is allowed with mutual agreement.

For each of our ISEC Malaysia centres, we intend to start the vaccination services with a minimum of 50 vaccinations per day per centre (5-day/week), and we plan to increase the number once our staff are familiar with, and are efficient in, the processes and workflow.

The vaccine costs are to be borne by MOH, and vaccination is given free of charge to eligible members of the public. ISEC Malaysia will receive RM14 per dose of vaccination injection, which serves to help partially defray any manpower and other incidental costs incurred by the centres in administering the vaccination services.
