RECORD AND PAYMENT DATES FOR FINAL DIVIDEND

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, subject to the approval by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 21 April 2021 (the "AGM") , the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members

• of ISEC Healthcare Ltd. (the "Company") will be closed at 5:00 p.m. on 29 April 2021 for the purpose

• of determining shareholders' entitlements to the proposed final tax exempt (one-tier) dividend in respect

• of the financial year ended 31 December 2020 (the "Proposed Dividend").

Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., at 50 Raffles Place #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5:00 p.m. on 29 April 2021 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the Proposed Dividend. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with the Company's shares at 5:00 p.m. on 29 April 2021 will be entitled to the Proposed Dividend.

Payment of the Proposed Dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, will be made on 6 May 2021.
