Mostafizur Rahman, Hon''ble Member of Parliament for Dinajpur-5 inaugurated the branch as chief guest. Presided over by Muhammad Qaisar Ali, Additional Managing Director of the Bank, the function was addressed as special guests by Md. Mahboob Alam, Head of Development Wing, Md. Mizanur Rahman Bhuiyan, Executive Vice President of the Bank and Muhammad Mahmud Alam (Liton), Mayor, Fulbari Municipality. Md. Asaduzzaman, Additional Superintendent of Police of Phulbari Circle & Md. Riaz Uddin, Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Phulbari were present in the program. Amar Chand Gupta, President, Fulbari Press Club and Kamruzzaman Kamrul, President, Fulbari Bonik Samity spoke on behalf of the clients.
