Itaú Unibanco launches an unprecedented payroll solution in its app dedicated to companies

São Paulo, October 10, 2022 - Itaú Unibanco is innovating once again, by launching an unprecedented feature in its app for companies. It is now possible to register employees and make payments directly from the palm of your hand, under the "salaries and HR" menu of the Itaú Empresas app. The solution was developed following requests from the bank's company's clients, and it makes managing the finances of each business easier, even allowing the opening of accounts for employees and the scheduling of payments in asimple and fast ways. "Payroll is an essential part of managing a business or company. For this reason, we are always listening to our customers and their needs in order to offer products and services that are allies in the daily routines of those who need practicality and autonomy. This functionality is added to a range of solutions and benefits that Itaú offers to those companies that trust the bank to pay the salaries of their employees, providing an even more complete and efficient experience," says Leandro Dominiquini, director of the Payroll and Public Sector area at Itaú Unibanco. In the app that is dedicated to companies, it is now possible to open an account, register new employees and check their registration data, make customized selections of employees to make different kinds of payments, such as vacation or bonus payments, for example, or to make payments to all employees at once. In addition, it is also now possible to parameterize users who have the authority to approve payments, offering even more autonomy to the management of the business. The tool is already available to more than 5,000 corporate customers, and it will gradually be made available to the entire customer base. To use it, you need to have contracted the payroll service (which can be done digitally), access the Itaú Empresas application, then register the Itaú accounts of the employees for payment.
