Italgas: Resignation of Director Yunpeng He

Milan, 11 January 2022 - Italgas announces that Mr. Yunpeng He, Director of Italgas S.p.A., has resigned today, with effect from the date of appointment of his replacement. Mr. Yunpeng He, a non-executive Director and member of the Sustainability Committee, motivated his decision with reference to supervening professional commitments. The Company specifies that, to the best of its knowledge, as of today Mr. Yunpeng He does not hold shares in Italgas S.p.A. The Company thanks Mr. Yunpeng He for his valuable professional and personal contribution throughout his mandate. No allowances or other benefits are envisaged following termination of office.
