ITALIAN EXHIBITION GROUP S.P.A. (Alliance News) - Italian Exhibition Group Spa announced Monday that it has purchased 8,500 of its own ordinary shares.
The shares were taken over between January 23 and January 27, 2023 at an average price of EUR2.5635 for a total value of EUR21,790.
As a result of these purchases, as of January 27, 2023, the company holds 90,500 treasury shares, or 0.3 percent of the share capital.
Italian Exhibition Group is flat at EUR2.59 per share.
