IEG JOINS "BELLA ITALIA" #PASSIONECUCINA 2021

Italian Exhibition Group is among the sponsors of the multimedia project created by CAST Alimenti, the school of the professions of taste, which for the growth of the catering community

includes digital round tables, in-person masterclasses and videos shot in the kitchens of some of the most representative Italian chefs

Rimini, June 16th 2021 - Passion for cooking, support for made in Italy and business vocation. Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) starts from here for the organization of its food & beverage in attendance tradeshows, and with this in mind it enthusiastically embraces the "Bella Italia" #passionecucina 2021 project, conceived by CAST Alimenti, the school of taste crafts since 1997, strategic partner of all IEG events dedicated to the macro world of catering. A project to which it grants its patronage and which it supports through its Food & Beverage Network, the only Italian exhibition platform for the Out of Home business, with Cosmofood, Sigep, Beer & Food Attraction, BBTech Expo, Golositalia and ABTech Expo events.

The CAST initiative, starting in the next few days, aims to enhance the valorization of Made in Italy in the gastronomic offer, through round tables, in-person masterclasses and videos shot in the kitchens of some of the most important Italian chefs.

The first appointment will be the round table on the theme: "The Italian gastronomic culture and the new trends of outside dining: from restaurant formats to hospitality", an event that will allow you to develop a clearer vision of the world of the out of home today and in the near future , through data and market analysis presented by expert consultants and sector managers. The event will also provide an opportunity to have a broad overview of the sector, which will range from catering to commercial formats, to hotel hospitality and luxury, with a managerial point of view.

Opening the round table will be Flavia Morelli, Group Brand Manager Food & Beverage Division of IEG, followed by: Matteo Figura NPD, Foodservice Director, who will provide a focus on the data and the Italian vision of the Out of Home today; Giacomo Pini, CEO GPstudios consulting and training in catering and tourism, who will instead present a focus on commercial catering and Palmiro Noschese, Luxury Hotel Development & Concepts, Business Development, Fractional Executive, Senior Advisor, who will talk about Luxury Hospitality. The moderator will be Annalisa Cavaleri, journalist, food and wine critic and professor of food anthropology at the IULM University of Milan.

The online appointment, on the CAST Alimenti Youtube channel, is set for Thursday 17th June at 5 pm.

The second appointment with "Bella Italia - Passion for cooking 2021", once again a digital round table, will see three starred chefs discussing the theme: "Italian taste as a reference for business success". The objective of this second appointment is to provide motivated and motivating ideas on how to enhance and safeguard the Italian gastronomic heritage that the whole world envies us.
