INFORMATIVA ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

CONCLUSO IL PROGRAMMA DI BUYBACK AVVIATO IN DATA 1 OTTOBRE 2018

Milano, 8 luglio 2019- Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. ("IWB" o la "Società ") comunica di aver acquistato, nel periodo dal 1 al 8 luglio 2019 inclusi, complessive n. 2.814 azioni proprie al prezzo medio ponderato di Euro 12,53 per azione, per un controvalore titoli complessivo pari ad Euro 35.272,25, nell'ambito dell'autorizzazione all'acquisto deliberata dall'Assemblea ordinaria degli Azionisti in data 13 aprile 2018.

Di seguito si riportano i dettagli delle operazioni di acquisto su base giornaliera:

A seguito delle suddette operazioni, si è completato il programma di acquisto di azioni proprie avviato in data 1 ottobre 2018, sulla base dell'autorizzazione assembleare del 13 aprile 2018, nell'ambito del quale sono state acquistate complessive n. 70.000 azioni, pari al 0,95 % del capitale sociale della Società.

Alla data odierna, considerando le azioni già in portafoglio, IWB possiede n. 169.344 azioni proprie, pari al 2,29% del capitale sociale.

NOTE ON PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

BUYBACK PROGRAMME STARTED ON 1 OCTOBER 2018 CONCLUDED

Milan, 8 July 2019- Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. ("IWB" or the "Company") announces that it has acquired, in the period from 1 to 8 July inclusive, 2,814 of its own shares for an average price of EUR 12.53 per share, for an overall amount of EUR 35,272.25, within the frame of the authorization resolved by the General Shareholders' Meeting of 13 April 2018.

Upon completion of the above operations, the programme for the purchase of own shares - started on 1 October 2018, on the basis of the shareholders' authorization decision taken on 13 April 2018 - has been completed. In the context of the above-mentioned programme a total amount of n. 70,000 own shares, equal to 0,95 % of the share capital, have been purchased.

To date, considering the shares already in the portfolio, IWB owns 169,344 own shares in aggregate, equal to 2.29% of the share capital.
