CONFERIMENTO INCARICO NOMAD

Milano, 12 aprile 2021 - Italian Wine Brands S.p.A., ai sensi e per gli effetti dell'articolo 17 del Regolamento Emittenti AIM Italia, rende noto di aver trasferito a far data da oggi l'incarico di Nominated Adviser precedentemente svolto da UBI Banca S.p.A. ad Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. a seguito dell'avvenuta fusione per incorporazione della prima nella seconda con odierna efficacia giuridica. Il subentro nel mandato avviene in regime di continuità operativa e contrattuale tra le parti.

COMMUNICATION PURSUANT TO ART. 17 OF "REGOLAMENTO EMITTENTI AIM ITALIA"

ASSIGNMENT OF NOMAD MANDATE

April 12, 2021 - Italian Wine Brands S.p.A., pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 17 of the "Regolamento Emittenti AIM Italia", announces that as of today the appointment of Nominated Adviser previously carried out by UBI Banca SpA has been transferred to Intesa Sanpaolo SpA following the merger by incorporation of the first in the second with legal effect as of today. The mandate is taking place under operational and contractual continuity between the parties.
