Libero Acquisition S.à R.L. entered into share purchase agreement to acquire remaining 27.54% stake in Italiaonline S.p.A. from Goldentree Asset Management Lux Sarl and Avenue-Europe International Management, L.P. on May 24, 2022. The transaction is expected to be completed within the first half of 2022.
