DIVIDENDO DELL'ESERCIZIO 2020

Milano, 21 aprile 2021 - L'assemblea degli azionisti di Italmobiliare S.p.A., tenutasi in Milano il 21 aprile 2021, ha deliberato per l'esercizio 2020 la distribuzione di un dividendo per azione, al lordo delle ritenute di legge, di euro 0,65.

Il dividendo sarà messo in pagamento il 5 maggio 2021, con data di stacco della cedola n. 4 il 3 maggio e RECORD DATE il 4 maggio.

Ai sensi della disciplina vigente, gli azionisti titolari di azioni non ancora dematerializzate dovranno previamente consegnare le stesse ad un intermediario per la loro immissione nel sistema di gestione accentrata in regime di dematerializzazione.

DIVIDEND FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2020

Milan, April 21, 2021 - The shareholders' meeting of Italmobiliare S.p.A. held on April 21, 2021 in Milan, approved the distribution, for each share entitled, of a dividend of Euro 0.65, gross of the withholdings required by law. The dividend will be paid on May 5, 2021. Shares will be traded ex dividend on May 3, coupon no. 4, the record date will be May 4.

As required by current regulations, shareholders whose shares have not yet been dematerialized shall previously present their shares to an "Intermediary" for introduction into the centralized dematerialization management system.
