Italpinas Development Corporation, formerly Italpinas, Euroasian Design and Eco-Development Corporation, is engaged in the business of real estate development, including mass community and low-cost housing, townhouses and row houses development, residential subdivision, condominiums, resorts, shopping malls, and buildings and other horizontal and vertical developments. Its segments include Primavera Residences Towers A and B, Primavera City and Miramonti. The Primavera Residences Towers A and B segment includes a twin tower project consisting of Tower A with over 10 floors, and Tower B with approximately 10 floors and mezzanine located in Cagayan De Oro City. The Primavera City segment includes a real estate project, which consists of over seven mixed-use residential and commercial buildings utilizing a solar panel array at the building's rooftop, and is situated in Cagayan De Oro City. The Miramonti segment includes a mixed-use mid- to high-rise development located in Batangas City.
