We write to advise that the Company's Hotels Business enters into contracts for management of hotel properties on an ongoing basis. With respect to the captioned subject, the Company has entered into a management contract in respect of a hotel owned by Jolle Hospitality and being developed by them in Belagavi, Karnataka. The same is not a 'material event / information' requiring disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations).
We reiterate that if and when there is any material development with respect to the affairs of the Company, the Stock Exchanges will be kept advised, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the Company's Policy for determination of materiality of events and information for disclosure to the Stock Exchanges.
