Downturn in global sales revenue for H1 2021

With 2020 marked by the health crisis, the first half of 2021 continued to suffer the impact of a constrained environment that limited professional contact. This situation led to a -5% downturn in global sales revenue for the period, reaching a total of €9.8 million.

Continued growth of SaaS sales and ARR1

Many new companies chose ITESOFT's SaaS offering during the first half of the year, including: ETC Group, Credit Agricole Life Insurance, Terrena, and Thelem.

During the first 6 months of 2021, SaaS sales rose by +33%, representing an increase of +80% in ARR1, which reached €3.4 million as of 30 June 2021.

Furthermore, benefitting from stable sales revenue for licenses over the period, the share of software (licenses + SaaS) in global sales revenue rose by +24% with respect to the first half of 2020.

ARR corresponds to the annual value of a given contract for a full year after the implementation phase. ARR measured as of December 31 in a given year indicates a trend that enables the prediction of annual SaaS revenue for the following year.

Recurring revenue remains stable in product mix

Comprised of SaaS sales and revenue from maintenance services, recurring revenue reached €7.1 million for the first half of 2021, representing 72% of total sales revenue. This percentage is equivalent to that of H1 2020.
