ITOCHU Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Yoshihisa Suzuki, President & COO; hereinafter 'ITOCHU') announced today that it will give a display of projection mapping on the wall of its Tokyo Head Office during 18:00 to 19:00 on three days from Saturday, January 9 to Monday, January 11, 2021.
(The display will also be livestreamed on YouTube.)

The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic that has plagued the world since last year has not yet slowed down, and the medical professionals and other essential workers supporting the infrastructure of our daily lives continue to engage in selfless efforts. There are also many hardships for those striving each day to keep the lights on in the economy.

While ITOCHU also has many overseas customers and stakeholders, corporate activities and interaction with overseas locations is severely restricted, and business trip is virtually impossible. Given these circumstances, ITOCHU decided to implement a display of projection mapping on the wall of its Tokyo Head Office, hoping to share its wish for a brighter and more promising New Year with as many people around the world as possible.

As a company that supports people's daily lives, ITOCHU will deliver a message to the world in 21 languages, in recognition of the year 2021.
