ITS GROUP ITS Group, ICT Company specialized in sustainable development of IT infrastructures, publishes its consolidated turnover of the 9 first months 2014.
ITS Group performed well in the third quarter with a growth of its turnover of +79% over the period. Even if the comparison basis is higher with a dynamic third quarter 2013, the organic growth has risen to +9% on the quarter, which is still widely superior to the sector average.
This performance brought the 9 months turnover to 129.9 M€, an increase of +95%. The organic growth over 9 months is +11%, with a progression of all activities. This remarkable evolution confirms the strategic positioning of the Group on the most profitable segments of the market (Cloud, Mobility, Big Data, Security, Collaborative…).
The Group maintains a very good activity level of 88% on IT managed services and technical support (on client sites), well above the previous year.
The activities from Overlap generate a 56 M€ turnover over 9 months. Due to the seasonality of the activity, the 15.6 M€ contribution of the third quarter is logically less important than the previous ones. The synergies are setting up, helped by the merging of teams in Nanterre and the renewed trust of its main partners (IBM, HP…); the Group starts the fourth quarter with confidence.
Finally, the activities of mobility, hosting and consulting are well oriented with double-digit progressions over 9 months.
Outlook
The Group is in line with its annual development plan and its aim of an annual turnover higher than 180 M€. The fourth quarter (48.4 M€ turnover in 2013) will be the most important of the year in terms of turnover, considering the growth and the favourable seasonality of infrastructure sales activities.
