Ashley Banjo and Fleur East continue the new physical game show in which contestants take on a number of challenges in an attempt to cross The Void.

Mental and physical challenges lay in store for the hopefuls as they try to bag the top prize and avoid falling into The Void. Amongst those trying to win the 25,000 pound jackpot this time are an opera singer, a Santa look alike and a guy who can't swim.

James Martin's Islands to Highlands Monday, 8pm

A recut version of the series following James Martin as he sets off on his foodie travels across the UK, meeting up with fellow foodies in his favourite locations.

James is in South Wales, accompanied by Michelin-starred chef Stephen Terry, where he discovers award-winning Welsh wine, cooks a lamb ragu on a beautiful mountainside, samples organic chocolate and cooks churros at Barry Island beach.

Searching for more examples of the amazing wildlife China has to offer, Ray travels to the Tibetan plateau. On his journey he meets a family of yak herders and joins conservationist Terry Townsend on a search for the elusive snow leopard.
