The new Electric E-WAY bus arrives in Uruguay

Together with Santa Rosa, IVECO's authorized distributor in Uruguay, the company presented the E-WAY, an electric innovative, reliable, and high-performance vehicle. Electric mobility represents a solution to respond to the challenges of cities to improve the quality of life and reduce noise pollution.

With this addition, the brand seeks to contribute to the energy transition in transport towards low-and zero-carbon mobility solutions, offering its customers a complete and flexible electromobility option.

The full electric E-WAY bus stands out for its modern design and functional internal layout, designed to provide a pleasant and comfortable trip to passengers, while complying with the operating conditions, with smooth, quiet and vibration-free driving and acceleration.

In E-WAY models, batteries are located in the roof and rear compartment to allow access to the low floor and maximize passenger capacity, providing the best balance between space and performance. This all-electric range is available in four different lengths (9.5 m, 10.7 m, 12 m and 18 m), presenting a variable capacity in terms of the number of passengers on board according to the purpose of use of the vehicle
