IVS Group S.A. informa che il consiglio di amministrazione tenuto l'11 giugno 2021, ha provveduto ad accertare l'esistenza dei requisiti di indipendenza degli amministratori Elisabetta Dall'Olio, Luigi De Puppi and Marco Maria Fumagalli. Il consiglio di amministrazione ha nominato i suddetti amministratori membri del Comitato Nomine e Remunerazione e del Comitato per il Controllo Interno, fino all'assemblea che approverà il bilancio dell'esercizio 2023. Luigi De Puppi è stato inoltre nominato presidente di entrambi i suddetti comitati.

IVS Group S.A. è il leader italiano e secondo operatore in Europa nella gestione di distributori automatici e semiautomatici per la somministrazione di bevande calde, fredde e snack (vending). L'attività core del vending si svolge principalmente in Italia (79% del fatturato), in Francia, Spagna e Svizzera, con circa 228.000 distributori automatici e semiautomatici; il gruppo ha una rete di 87 filiali e circa 2.800 di collaboratori. IVS Group serve più di 15.000 aziende ed enti, con oltre 600 milioni di erogazioni nel 2020.

IVS Group S.A. - Independent Directors and appointment of internal Committees

IVS Group informs that the Board of Directors convened on June 11th, 2021, ascertained the existence of the independent directors requirements for Elisabetta Dall'Olio, Luigi De Puppi and Marco Maria Fumagalli. The Board resolved to appoint these directors as members of the Appointment and Remuneration Committee and of the Internal Control Committee, until the Annual General Meeting that will be called to approve 2023 financial statements. Luigi De Puppi was also appointed chairman of both above mentioned committees.

IVS Group S.A. is the Italian leader and the second player in Europe in the business of automatic and semi-automatic vending machines for the supply of hot and cold drinks and snacks (vending). The core vending business is mainly carried out in Italy (79% of sales), France, Spain and Switzerland, with around 228,000 vending machines; the group has a network of 87 branches and around than 2,800 employees. IVS Group serves more than 15,000 corporate clients and public entities, with over 600 million vends in 2020.

IVS group SA is an Italy-based food service operator. The companyâs core businesses are administrative services and sales of food, beverages and goods through automated vending machines. It provides services, on the basis of multi-year procurement contracts, to private, public customers and travel locations, for the installation, maintenance and refill of vending machines. Its product portfolio encompasses full automatic medium and bigger-sized free standing machines, subdivided on the basis of product categories, such as hot vending machines and mix vending machines, as well as semi- automatic small machines and tabletop coffee machines. As of December 31, 2011, it operated through numerous subsidiaries located in Italy, France and Spain, among others, such as CSH Srl.
