GRANT OF SHARE OPTION PURSUANT TO iX EMPLOYEE SHARE OPTION SCHEME

Unless otherwise defined, all terms not defined herein shall be as defined in the rules of the iX Employee Share Option Scheme (the "iX ESOS").

In accordance with Rule 704(32) of Section B: Rules of Catalist of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "SGX-ST"), the board of directors (the "Board" or "Directors") of iX Biopharma Ltd (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce the following grant of share options ("Options") to a Participant, being an employee of the Group, pursuant to the iX ESOS.

	Number of Options granted	3,000,000
	Exercise Price	S$0.235 per share,
		being a price equal to a 6% discount to S$0.25,
		the volume-weighted average price of all trades
		for the Shares on the SGX-ST over the five
		consecutive trading days immediately
		preceding the Date of Grant, rounded to the
		nearest whole cent.
	Market price of the Company's shares on the	S$0.235 per share
