announced it has been appointed as a new cloud services supplier as part of the Federal Government's Digital Transformation Agency's (DTA) Cloud Services Panel. The DTA's Cloud Services Panel is a platform that brings together government buyers and cloud services suppliers. The Panel is available for use by all Australian Government agencies as well as state and territory government agencies and provides services such as software-as-a-service (SaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS) and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS). Admission to the Panel enables IXUP to contract with Australian Government departments and the Company will leverage its SaaS user model to accelerate new and existing opportunities. Powered by Microsoft Azure, IXUP's online services provide secured data analytics from a single SaaS platform. The DTA was established in 2015 to help government departments and agencies undergo digital transformation. As government organizations make the move to online solutions, the Cloud Services Panel makes the process of investing in digital services simpler. Non- corporate Commonwealth entities spent a total of $1.2 billion on IT and digital initiatives in 2017-18. The Cloud Services Panel accounts for more than 40% of the government's total current cloud spend.
