In Section 4.1

IXU Ordinary Fully Paid = 822,647,460. This is incorrect as does not include the shares issued in the two App 2As allotted 07/12/2021 and 08/12/2021. The correct total is 902,076,031 (822,647,460 + 71,428,571 + 8,000,000)

In Section 4.2

IXU Performance Rights = 95,250,000. This is incorrect as does not include the shares issued in the App 2A allotted prior to this App 3G. The correct total is 87,250,000 (95,250,000 - 8,000,000).
