PENNSAUKEN, N.J. (AP) _ J&J Snack Foods Corp. (JJSF) on Monday reported a fiscal third-quarter loss of $12.6 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

The Pennsauken, New Jersey-based company said it had a loss of 67 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for asset impairment costs, came to 40 cents per share.

The drink and snack maker posted revenue of $214.6 million in the period.

J&J Snack Foods shares have dropped 29% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $130.07, a decline of 20% in the last 12 months.
