J.K. Spinning Mills Limited is engaged in the business of textile manufacturing, which consists of spinning, weaving, processing, stitching, buying, selling and otherwise dealing in yarn, fabrics and other goods. The Company’s segments include Spinning and Fabric. The Spinning segment is engaged in producing yarn using natural and artificial fibers. The Fabric segment is engaged in buying yarn, fabric and selling after conversion and manufacturing of home textile articles. Its products include yarn, fabrics, home textiles, woven garments and towels. Its fabric division includes home textile, institutional textile and sustainable products. It provides bedding and garments for the health-care sector with various health care techniques made from a revolutionary material. Its spinning operations comprise of 201000 spindles and a combination of European/Japanese machinery. Its bed linen is designed for professional use in the hospitality and healthcare industries.
