JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 1,346,000,000 in equity round of funding from existing investor JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002459) on June 11, 2020. The investor will continue to own 100% stake in the company and its registered capital will increase from CNY 2,686,949,700 to CNY 4,032,949,700 upon closing. The transaction has been approved by the 11th meeting of the 5th directorate of the JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002459).
