Jade Gas Holdings Limited

Jade Gas Holdings Limited is an Australia-based gas exploration company. The Company is focused on the coal bed methane (CBM) potential of Mongolia. The Company’s flagship project is the Coal Bed Methane gas project over the production sharing agreement (PSA) area of Tavantolgoi XXXIII unconventional oil basin, (TT CBM Project). It operates and manages the TTCBM Project through its subsidiary, Methane Gas Resource LLC (MGR). MGR explores, develops and produces gas from the TTCBM Project located in the South Gobi region of Mongolia. It also has three prospective CBM permits: Baruun Naran, Shivee Gobi and Eastern Gobi. These permits cover an area of over 18,000 square kilometers (km2) and are located within existing coal basins and near coal deposits and mines. Its Shivee Gobi permit covers an area of over 8,317 km2 and is located approximately 300 km south of Ulaanbaatar. Eastern Gobi permit covers an area of 9,691 km2 and is located approximately 450 km south of Ulaanbaatar.
