Daisuke Nakahara Representative Director SUNTAC inc. of agreed to acquire SUNTAC inc. from JALCO Holdings Inc. (JASDAQ:6625) for approximately ¥100 million on June 24, 2021. In the acquisition, JALCO Holdings Inc. (JASDAQ:6625) disposed of 0.01 million shares. The transaction is expected to close on June 24, 2021.
