KINSHOFER GmbH signed an agreement to acquire Prolec Ltd from James Fisher and Sons plc (LSE:FSJ) on December 16, 2022. Prolec will be consolidated in the Business Area Demolition & Tools. In 2021, Prolec reported net sales of approximately £4 million.
The transaction is expected to close in December, 2022.
