Janus International Group, Inc. (NYSE:JBI) acquired Access Control Technologies, LLC for $10.7 million on August 31, 2021. Janus International will pay approximately $9.4 million in cash plus $1.35 million for hold back liability. The hold back liability will be trued up and settled upon the finalization of the closing statement. ACT, while continuing to operate under its own brand, will merge into Janus' expansive and experienced field services team.

It is comprised of three sales channels, including New Construction-Self-storage, R3-Self-storage, and Commercial and Other.
