Janus International Group, Inc. (NYSE:JBI) acquired Access Control Technologies, LLC for $10.7 million on August 31, 2021. Janus International will pay approximately $9.4 million in cash plus $1.35 million for hold back liability. The hold back liability will be trued up and settled upon the finalization of the closing statement. ACT, while continuing to operate under its own brand, will merge into Janus' expansive and experienced field services team.

The Janus International segment is comprised of Janus International Europe Holdings Ltd. (UK). Its production and sales are in Europe and Australia. The Company provides facility and door automation and access control technologies, roll up and swing doors, hallway systems, and relocatable storage Moveable Additional Storage Structures units. It is comprised of three sales channels, including New Construction-Self-storage, R3-Self-storage, and Commercial and Other.
