Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd. reported consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2019. For the period, the company reported operating revenues of JPY 203,451 million against JPY 207,353 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 15,764 million against JPY 19,411 million a year ago. Net income attributable to owners of the parent was JPY 8,162 million against JPY 31,470 million a year ago. Net income per share was JPY 100.49 against JPY 387.43 a year ago. Diluted net income per share was JPY 95.84 against JPY 370.04 a year ago.
The company provided consolidated earnings guidance for the year ending March 31, 2020. For the year ending March 31, 2020, the company expects operating revenues of JPY 275,700 million, operating income of JPY 16,700 million and net income attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 8,300 million or JPY 102.18 per share.

The Company operates in three business segments. The Facility Management and Operation segment is engaged in the management and operation of facilities within the Haneda airport terminal building. The segment is mainly engaged in the lease of facilities to airline companies. The Merchandise Sale segment is primarily engaged in the sale of commercial products to air travelers in Haneda Airport, Narita Airport, Kansai International Airport, as well as the wholesale of commercial products to airport terminal companies. The Catering segment is engaged in the provision of food and beverage products to passengers of Haneda Airport and Narita International Airport, as well as the manufacture and sale of in-flight food and frozen food.
