Regulations Governing Media Coverage Related to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games

These regulations summarize the rules and caveats governing media coverage and activities during the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Terminals 1, 2 and 3 at Haneda Airport which are under the management of Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd. and Tokyo International Air Terminal Corporation.
The safety and security of the athletes and all airport users is our top priority, and we ask for your cooperation in observing all of the measures implemented to stop COVID-19 infection.
Applicable period of these regulations: Thursday, 1 July 2021 to Friday, 10 September 2021

Rules & Caveats Governing Media Coverage and Activities During the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and
Paralympic Games
1. When carrying out media coverage and photography, overseas media are asked to wear the accreditation card issued by the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games Organizing Committee.
Domestic media carrying out press coverage activityare asked to wear the press armband for their company.
If you do not have an armband, one will notbe loaned out to you.
For media coverage and photography unrelated to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the standard media coverage regulations will apply.
Media coverage and photography related to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games is not permitted outside the designated media zones.
For media coverage and photography unrelated to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the standard media coverage regulations will apply.
Coverage or photography of athletes and teams should first be arranged directly with athlete(s) or team.
Power supplies are not provided on loan.
Camera cranes and other large pieces of equipment are not permitted.
Parking is available in P1, P2, P3, P4 & P5. Curbside parking at terminals is not permitted. Further information is available here.
Your organization is required to accept responsible for settling any issues arising with an individual or a business operator, including matters related to portrait rights and copyrights.
You are required to comply with the instructions of any of our company officers or security personnel in the event that the safety or convenience of airport users or the operations in the passenger terminal is compromised.
