TSE has decided on delisting and designation as Securities to Be Delisted as follows.
１．Delisting and Designation as Securities to Be Delisted
（１）Issue Name
Renewable Japan Energy Infrastructure Fund, Inc. investment security
(Code: 9283, Product: Infrastructure Fund)
（２）Period of Designation as Securities to Be Delisted
From Aug. 9, 2022 (Tue.) to Aug. 21, 2022 (Sun.)
（３）Delisting Date
Aug. 22, 2022 (Mon.)
(Note) In cases where circumstances in which the investment security should be promptly delisted occur, TSE may change the period of designation as Securities to Be Delisted and the delisting date.
（４）Provision
Securities Listing Regulations, Rule 1520, Paragraph 2, Item (1), Sub-item t
(due to falling under a case where the Exchange deems delisting of the investment security as appropriate)
（５）Reason
At the general shareholders meeting of Renewable Japan Energy Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (hereinafter "the investment corporation") held today, an agenda item was approved regarding a reverse investment unit split (effective date: Aug. 24, 2022) with a split ratio at which the number of investment units held by investors of the investment corporation other than G.K.RJ7gou (unlisted) will be less than one investment unit.
２．Exclusion from Securities in Lieu of Money
The investment security will be excluded from securities in lieu of money for the following items from Aug. 10, 2022 (Wed.) inclusive.
- Customer margin for margin transactions and when-issued transactions
- Trading margin for when-issued transactions
- Trading participant security money
- Participant bonds
